iCertifi V7.2

iCertifi is ready for the new iPhone X and more 

 

The iPhone X release date is Friday, November 3 and iCertifi will be ready and optimised on launch.

 

 

The highly anticipated iPhone X will have more screen real estate and the edge to edge bezel  making electrical certification even easier with iCertifi.  In addition the new device is waterproof with an IP 67 rating, meaning the iPhone can be 1m (about 3.3 feet) under water for 30 minutes.

Your electrical certificates will be even more secure with Face ID. With Touch ID letting someone else into your phone 1 in 50,000 chance of happening. The chance someone without your permission  can look at your iPhone and unlock it with Face ID? It’s now a 1 in 1,000,000 chance, claims Apple

 

 

 

 

 

 

Night Mode

 

We have improved Night Mode (Dark Theme) in iCertifi V7.2. 

If you haven’t used it before, Dark Theme changes the interface to a dark blue colour for a more pleasant experience when completing electrical certificates at night, low light, or if you just prefer the UI colour pallette. There is also a Light Mode if you prefer a cleaner simpler look to the UI.

 

 

To Activate Night  or light Mode

1. Launch iCertifi

2. Tap Settings

3.  Toggle Dark or Light theme

Other Changes

We have also increased text size slightly on the iPhone version and adjusted layout of EICR observations to make it a bit less cluttered.  We also fixed an issue where contractors could not change their phone number and web details
